Amounts are the exact stored decimal strings. No rounding is applied. candidate_cost_usd is the sum of measured run costs. judge_cost_usd is the sum of stored tier-2 judge ledger rows, or null when none were recorded. total_cost_usd equals candidate plus judge only when every candidate cost is present and a judge cost was recorded.

Output

### The Bug
The function returns `undefined` instead of the last item in the array.

### Why it happens
In JavaScript, arrays are **zero-indexed**. This means the first item is at index `0` and the last item is at index `length - 1`.

When you use `items[items.length]`, you are asking for the item at an index that is one position *past* the end of the array. Since that position doesn't exist, JavaScript returns `undefined`.

### What to change
Subtract `1` from the length to point to the final valid index.

**Change this:**
`items[items.length]`

**To this:**
`items[items.length - 1]`
