Judge cost not recorded for these runs

Amounts are the exact stored decimal strings. No rounding is applied. candidate_cost_usd is the sum of measured run costs. judge_cost_usd is the sum of stored tier-2 judge ledger rows, or null when none were recorded. total_cost_usd equals candidate plus judge only when every candidate cost is present and a judge cost was recorded.

Output

The bug in the function `lastItem` is that it tries to access an element in the `items` array using `items.length` as the index. However, array indices in JavaScript are zero-based, meaning they start at 0. So, for an array with `n` elements, the last element is actually at index `n - 1`.

When you use `items.length` as the index, it goes out of bounds and returns `undefined`, which is why callers are not getting the last element as they expect.

To fix this, you should change the index from `items.length` to `items.length - 1`. This way, you will correctly access the last element of the array.
